Provide both parties with the approved product, samples, dimensions, thickness selection, and roof layout requirements. Ask the installer to confirm that the proposed material suits the intended work. Questions about punching, sorting, special sizes, or matching should be resolved before dispatch rather than through conflicting assumptions on the delivery day.

Record the agreed answers
Keep important clarifications in the order and project documents. Identify who confirms quantity, who approves visual changes, and who receives delivery questions. If the supplier proposes an alternative, send it back through the same review route. Direct coordination supports a clear specification; it does not replace the designer's responsibilities or authorize an undocumented change to the roof assembly.
