Assign the final roof closure
Confirm who removes and reinstates roofing, who supplies the flashing, and who documents the finished work. Coordinate the schedule so the opening is appropriately protected throughout the project. Keep photographs before concealment and after completion. Avoid treating a bead of sealant around an altered pipe as a complete design unless the specified assembly and responsible professionals support that approach.
