A photograph cannot directly reveal all concealed flashings, fastening, or substrate conditions. Ask the roofing professional which findings require closer access and which conclusions remain provisional. Keep the original images and a marked report rather than relying only on a short video. The strongest use of the survey is as part of a clear assessment process, with its limitations made explicit.
