Agree on the key photographs
Before work begins, identify the connections and substrate conditions that should be recorded before covering. Use a roof-zone label, date, and clear view of the relevant feature. Ask the project team which photographs are most useful for review and future maintenance.

Keep the record organized
Upload or file images under consistent location names and distinguish inspection evidence from general progress photographs. If a detail changes, record the approved change alongside the new image. Documentation does not replace professional inspection or construction responsibility, but it can preserve information that is otherwise lost once slate covers the work. A focused plan is more useful than hundreds of unlabelled close-ups.
