Show the repair boundaries
Use a roof plan to identify the funded work and explain the assessment supporting it. Separate slate replacement, flashing renewal, and other building repairs. Avoid describing the whole roof as replaced when only part of it is being treated.

Report progress accurately
Show completed work with dated photographs and explain any scope changes. If further areas remain under assessment, say so plainly. Keep material claims and expected outcomes tied to the actual specification rather than a broad promise of a maintenance-free roof. Accurate communication gives supporters a useful picture of the building project and creates a record future committees can understand.
