Provide the same drawing, product identification, and roof information to the relevant parties. Ask them to identify the specific point of disagreement and the evidence needed to resolve it. Record the agreed outcome before ordering or installation. A coordinated answer is more useful than choosing whichever statement sounds most confident while the parties are describing different conditions.
